A: All details should be e-mailed at info@mnologie.com written ORDER DETAILS on subject.

Q: I just placed an order, I do not get a confirmation order? Please help.

A: When you have received a confirmation order from Paypal, we are glad to let you know that your order has gone through.

Q: How long does it take to order a clutch?

A: Each clutch is personalised. It takes 2-3 weeks to customise each clutch.

Q: I need a clutch for an event, can you do an urgent order?

A: Yes, we can! E-mail us first at info@mnologie.com to appoint a shipping schedule with us.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes we do! We ship worldwide via DHL Express taking 3-5 working days. 

Q: I send you an e-mail, I have not heard from you back?

A: Please allow up to 48 hours for us to reply your inquiry. We receive and check e-mail daily!

Q: Where are you based?

A: Bali

Q: I live in Indonesia. How should I place an order?
